The Swanton Development Review Board (DRB) will conduct a Public Hearing on each of the following applications on Thursday, February 22, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Swanton Town Offices, 1 Academy Street:
#DRB-05-2018:Edward Hemond request for Preliminary Plat Approval for a major four lot subdivision located at Maple Grove Estates in the R3/Moderate Density Residential district.
#DRB-06-2018: Kyle Mumley, Cullen Mumley & Tyler Mumley request for Preliminary Plat Approval for a boundary line adjustment located at 402 Maquam Shore Road in the SR/Shoreland Recreation district.
#DRB-07-2018: 166385 Canada Inc. - Michael Heller appeal of NOTICE OF NOLLE PROSEQUI dated January 15, 2018 issued by the Zoning Administrator in respect to the hard-wired light installed by Gary Langlois in the pergola on his property located at 40 Maquam Shore Road in the SR/Shoreland Recreation district.
PLEASE NOTE: All DRB meetings are open to the public. Attendance at and participation in a public hearing for these cases are required in order to appeal the DRB’s decision.
